Auto-Trac Tire Chains 0232405

These Peerless Industrial Group chains fit a wide range of tire sizes from 15 to 22 inches, covering 235 to 275 mm widths and multiple aspect ratios. They are designed for drivers who need reliable traction on snow and ice without professional installation. The product is sold new as a complete assembly for light trucks, SUVs and passenger cars.

Self-tightening ratchet installation

A high-impact ratchet system automatically tightens the chains while driving, removing the need to stop and retighten after the initial fit. Split outside chains with two ratchet connectors allow the set to be installed without moving or jacking up the vehicle. The design reduces the common issue of loose chains that can damage wheel wells or brake components.

Aggressive diamond-pattern cross-chains

Case-hardened alloy cross-chains in an aggressive diamond pattern deliver superior grip on packed snow and ice while maintaining a smoother ride than standard link designs. The hardened material extends wear life during sustained use over long distances. Chains are not intended for dry pavement or high-speed driving, where rapid wear and vibration will occur.
