Practical limits of corrugated mailers

Corrugated board protects against bending and moderate impact but does not cushion fragile items on its own; add bubble wrap or foam for glass, ceramics or bare circuit boards. The fixed internal dimensions mean anything thicker than two and a half inches will not close properly. White surfaces show dirt and scuffs more readily than kraft brown, so consider the shipping environment. Not rated for heavy loads or palletised freight.
