22-inch 120 lb cable ties

These 22-inch natural cable ties are rated at 120 pounds of tensile strength. They come in a pack of 100 for general-purpose bundling. The nylon construction locks tight and resists stretching or sliding. They suit installers who need a permanent, tamper-proof hold on cords or bags.

Sustained load behaviour

The ties are designed to lock tight and will not stretch or slide once tensioned. This tamper-proof mechanism maintains clamping force over time without loosening. Nylon material resists environmental stress to keep bundles secure. They provide a permanent fastening solution rather than a reusable one.

Replaces lower-rated ties

This pack upgrades from standard-duty ties when 120 lb tensile strength is required. The 22-inch length accommodates larger bundle diameters that shorter ties cannot reach. Buyers who need reusable or releasable fasteners should look elsewhere. The natural colour offers no UV resistance for prolonged outdoor exposure.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 22" 120# cable tie generate when bundling cables all day?

The nylon ties produce no heat at all; they are passive fasteners with no electrical or mechanical load.

What tools do I need to tighten the 120# ties in a pack of 100?

You can pull them tight by hand; a cable-tie tensioning tool is optional for a cleaner cut.

Will the 22" natural ties hold securely on older cable bundles that have been in place for years?

Yes, the tamper-proof locking head grips existing bundles without stretching or sliding.
