Red Cable Tie for Bundling

Partners Brand CT115J cable ties are 11 inch red nylon straps rated at 50 pound tensile strength. They permanently secure cords, cables and bags with a tamper-proof lock that will not stretch or slide. The fluorescent colour allows quick visual identification in wiring looms. A pack contains 1000 pieces for high-volume use.

Check Cable Diameter and Environment

Verify that the bundle diameter fits within the 11 inch strap length before ordering. Confirm the 50 pound rating meets the mechanical load of the application. Ensure the operating environment is compatible with standard nylon material. No tools beyond a tensioning cutter are required for installation.

Replaces Loose Tape and Twist Ties

These ties replace adhesive tape, twist ties and reusable hook-and-loop wraps when a permanent, tamper-proof hold is needed. The jump is worth it for installers who need colour-coded bundles that will not loosen over time. They are not suited for applications requiring repeated release or adjustable tension.

Questions about this item

Are the 1000 cable ties the only items in the pack or do I need to buy mounting bases separately?

The pack contains 1000 red 11-inch nylon cable ties rated at 50 pounds; mounting bases or other accessories are not included and must be purchased separately.

Should I choose the 11-inch 50-pound version or a different length and strength for bundling standard cables?

The 11-inch length and 50-pound tensile strength suit general-purpose bundling of cords, cables and bags; select a longer or higher-rated tie only if your bundles exceed this size or load.

What does the 50-pound rating mean when I actually cinch a bundle in a real installation?

The 50-pound rating is the minimum force the tie withstands before breaking, so a properly cinched bundle will hold securely under normal tension without stretching or sliding.
