This Panduit ring terminal accepts 10 to 12 AWG conductors and is rated for 600 V. The nylon insulation provides partial coverage and carries a UL 94 HB flammability rating. A tin-plated copper barrel uses an insulation-grip crimp style for secure termination. The stud hole fits a 1/4 inch fastener.

Suited for panel and control wiring

Installers terminating 10 or 12 AWG wire in 600 V control panels, motor leads or automotive circuits will find the crimp barrel and 0.52 inch tongue width a direct fit. The partial nylon sleeve and 221 °F temperature limit make it unsuitable for fully insulated or high-temperature environments. Buyers needing complete insulation coverage or a larger stud size should look at other terminal styles.

Capacity limited to 10 AWG maximum

The connector handles 10 AWG as its largest wire size and 12 AWG as its smallest, giving a narrow range for standard power distribution. The 600 V rating covers typical industrial control voltages, while the tin-plated copper contact resists corrosion in normal indoor conditions. At 221 °F the nylon insulation reaches its thermal limit, so the terminal should not be used where sustained temperatures exceed that value.
