This Micro 100 RTCM-060-1X is a single carbide engraving tool with a 30-degree included angle and 12.00 mm length of cut. Cutting Geometry Limits

The 30-degree point angle determines the minimum groove width and the depth-to-width ratio you can achieve in a single pass. A narrower angle cuts finer lines but reduces tip strength, so aggressive feed rates in hard alloys may chip the carbide. The 12.00 mm length of cut sets the maximum reach from the holder face, limiting deep-pocket engraving unless the workpiece is raised or a longer tool is selected.

Installation and Common Issues
