Chair mat for medium-plush carpets

The Lorell 25755 PlushMat is a clear vinyl chair mat designed for medium-plush carpets between 3/8" and 1/2" thick. It protects the carpet from caster pressure and reduces leg strain by allowing smoother rolling across the workspace. The rectangular mat measures 60" long by 46" wide with a .13" thickness. A 25" wide by 12" long lip extends under the desk to cover the carpet when the chair is pushed in.

Studded back for carpet grip

The single specification that determines compatibility is the studded backing designed specifically for medium-plush carpet piles. These studs grip the carpet fibres to hold the mat firmly in place without piercing or damaging the carpet backing. The mat is not intended for use on hard floors, low-pile carpets or thick-pile carpets outside the stated range.
