Loc-Line 1/2" Round Nozzle Pack

This Loc-Line pack contains fifty black round nozzles built for the 1/2 inch modular hose system. Each nozzle has a 1/4 inch outlet diameter for directed fluid or air delivery. The components are new and suited for industrial, workshop or custom plumbing assemblies. Buyers who need a different outlet size or a larger bulk quantity will need another product.

Integration with 1/2 Inch System

The nozzles snap into the 1/2 inch Loc-Line hose segments without tools or clamps. Their round profile allows quick repositioning of coolant, air or lubricant streams inside tight machine envelopes. Because the pack supplies fifty pieces, a single order covers multiple workstations or a full production line changeover. Installations that require threaded connections or a different hose diameter cannot use these parts.

Sustained Flow Behaviour

Under continuous operation the acetal construction resists deformation from oil, coolant or compressed air exposure. The smooth bore maintains consistent flow without the pressure spikes that can occur with restricted orifices. Extended duty cycles do not cause the snap-fit joints to loosen when the system is properly assembled. Environments with aggressive chemicals or extreme temperatures outside the material range are not supported.
