3/4-inch bronze hydrant tee

This 3/4-inch bronze hydrant tee connects three pipe runs in a residential or light-commercial water system. It is intended for plumbers and maintenance crews who need a corrosion-resistant branch fitting for hydrant or supply lines. The cast bronze body handles potable and non-potable water service. It is not suited for installers who require a larger or smaller nominal bore.

Cast bronze construction and NPT threads

The tee installs with standard NPT threaded connections on all three ports, requiring only pipe dope or tape and a wrench. Its bronze material resists dezincification and eliminates the need for dielectric unions when joining copper or brass pipe. The design frees up space by combining a supply inlet, a hydrant outlet and a continuation run in a single fitting. No soldering equipment or press tools are needed for assembly.

Sustained pressure and temperature performance

Under continuous system pressure the cast bronze body maintains seal integrity without the creep seen in some plastic alternatives. The material tolerates the temperature swings typical of outdoor hydrant service through seasonal cycles. California Proposition 65 warnings apply because the alloy contains listed chemicals; installers should follow local handling guidelines. The fitting is not rated for steam service or extreme high-pressure hydraulic circuits.
