The tubing carries a Shore A 73 durometer rating and a maximum operating pressure of 55 psi at 70 Degrees F. That single pressure ceiling decides whether the part fits your circuit; exceeding it risks rupture or fitting blow-off. The material is not compatible with peristaltic pumps, so roller-pump users must choose a different hose. Always verify system pressure against the 55 psi rating before installing.

The PVC remains serviceable up to 150 Degrees F, so it handles warm water returns but not steam or high-temp process fluids.
