Compact V-Mount power kit

The Kastar BP-150W bundle includes two 150Wh lithium-ion batteries and a single D-Tap charger. Each cell delivers 14.8V at 6.8Ah and weighs roughly 26.4 oz in a 102 x 72 x 75.5 mm housing. An on-board OLED panel shows voltage, remaining capacity and USB output voltage. The package suits camera operators who need lightweight, high-capacity blocks for mobile cinema rigs.

Replaces bulky brick batteries

Older V-Mount packs often exceed 300 mm in length and lack integrated readouts, forcing crews to carry separate meters. This kit cuts the footprint to 4 x 2.8 x 3 inches while keeping 150Wh per unit. The jump is worth it when gimbal balance, travel weight limits or tight camera cages make full-size bricks impractical. It is not for productions that require hot-swap plates or more than two simultaneous batteries.

Sustained output with protective charging

The charger accepts 110-240V AC at 50/60Hz and supplies a constant 16.8V 3.0A DC current, shifting from red to green LEDs when each cell reaches full charge. Built-in MCU circuitry halts the cycle on over-voltage, short-circuit or over-temperature events, preventing degradation during back-to-back cycles. Under continuous draw the batteries maintain stable voltage without the sag common in lower-density packs.
