Enterprise stackable access switch

The Aruba CX 6300 series delivers a stackable switch built for enterprise campus, branch and data centre networks. It combines a fully programmable operating system with the Aruba Network Analytics Engine for advanced monitoring and troubleshooting at the access layer. A Gen7 ASIC architecture provides performance and flexible programmability for future applications. The Virtual Stacking Framework allows up to 10 switches to be managed as a single logical device.

24 PoE ports and 4 SFP56 uplinks

The unit provides 24 ports of 1GbE connectivity with Class 4 PoE support under the IEEE 802.3bt standard for powering dense IoT and mobile endpoints. Four SFP56 ports supply wirespeed uplinks at 1, 10, 25 or 50GbE to match aggregation or core requirements. This port mix supports high-density access deployments without separate uplink modules. Stacking cables and transceivers are selected separately to suit the site topology.

Efficient Gen7 ASIC operation

The Gen7 ASIC is designed for wirespeed forwarding across all ports while maintaining a rich feature set. The architecture targets robust feature support with flexible programmability, reducing the need for specialised hardware revisions. Built-in analytics continuously monitor system health, enabling proactive intervention before thermal or load conditions affect throughput. The stackable design distributes control-plane load across the VSF group for consistent performance.
