Six-line IP desk phone

The VVX 350 is a corded VoIP handset with six programmable line keys that support up to 34 appearances through pagination. It connects over two Gigabit RJ-45 ports and draws power through PoE, removing the need for a separate supply. The 3.5 inch colour LCD shows 320 by 240 pixels for clear menu navigation. Designed for lobbies, guest rooms and high-volume call environments, it includes Microban antimicrobial protection on its surfaces.

Sustained call handling

Under continuous use the phone maintains full-duplex speakerphone performance with Poly Acoustic Clarity and HD Voice codecs. Acoustic Fence technology suppresses background noise in open offices and call centres without degrading over long sessions. Two USB 2.0 Type-A ports accept headsets, storage or an optional Wi-Fi adapter while the handset remains active. Encrypted configuration files, SRTP media encryption and 802.1X authentication stay enforced during extended operation.

Gigabit Ethernet and PoE limits

The dual 10/100/1000BASE-T ports pass both data and power over a single CAT-5E cable up to the standard 100 metre distance. PoE eliminates a local power brick but requires a compliant switch or injector; the handset cannot operate without PoE or a separate supply not included in the box. Provisioning relies on HTTPS, Poly Zero Touch or PDMS-SP cloud management, so a reachable management server is essential.

VVX 350 management ecosystem

Poly Lens and Zero Touch Provisioning automate firmware updates and configuration across deployments. Signed software executables and digest authentication protect the device from unauthorised changes during its service life. The desk stand and wall-mount hardware ship in the box, while the optional Wi-Fi adapter and additional headsets are sold separately. TAA compliance qualifies the phone for U.S. federal procurement.
