400 Sheets for High-Volume Mailing

This pack supplies 400 sheets containing 8,000 blank white labels sized at 4.0" x 1.0". The 20-up layout matches the dimensions of Avery 5161, 5261, 5961, 8161, 8461, 5661, 18661 and 15661 templates. They suit businesses and home offices that print large batches of shipping or mailing labels daily. The product is not for buyers who need continuous rolls or labels wider than one inch.

Flat Sheets Resist Curling and Jams

Each sheet feeds through laser and inkjet printers without curling, which helps maintain consistent throughput on HP, Canon and Epson devices. The smooth, bright white surface produces smudge-proof output that resists water and oil during handling. No special fuser settings or cooling periods are required for normal print runs. The product is not for users who require fan-fold stacks or tractor-feed formats.

Permanent Adhesive Works Across Temperatures

The all-temperature permanent adhesive bonds securely to corrugated boxes, envelopes and poly mailers in hot or cold environments. Each sheet pack is sealed in a protective black polybag and placed in a mini-carton to shield labels from sunlight, dirt and scuffing before use. The HouseLabels logo on the liner and carton confirms authenticity. The product is not for applications needing removable or repositionable adhesive.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 4.0 x 1.0 inch sheets so the 20 labels per sheet feed correctly?

Fan the 400 sheets before loading, set the paper guide to the 4.0 inch width and select the 20-up label template matching Avery 5161 in your print driver.

When will the permanent adhesive or the bright white surface need replacement?

The adhesive is rated all-temperature permanent and the labels are water and oil resistant; replace a sheet only if the liner is damaged or the surface becomes contaminated.

At what point will the 8000 labels start to curl or jam during a long print run?

The sheets are guaranteed not to curl in HP, Canon, Epson and other laser or inkjet printers, so jams should not occur under normal sustained printing.
