Product Identity

GOJO 856504EA is a PURELL professional mild foam soap refill designed for commercial hygiene systems. It suits facility managers who need a gentle, pre-lathered hand wash for high-traffic restrooms, kitchens or spas where repeated use is expected.

Installation & Common Issues

The 1500 mL refill installs by inserting the cartridge into compatible CX, CXi or CXT dispensers until it clicks into place. The most frequent issue is attempting to load it into non-compatible dispenser models, which prevents proper seating and dispensing.

Deciding Specification

Capacity is 1500 mL, which determines how many hand washes are available before the cartridge must be replaced. Buyers who need a smaller refill volume or a different soap format should verify their dispenser requirements before ordering.
