GBC NAP-LAM II EZload Roll Film 12" x 300 ft

This clear laminating film comes in two rolls, each measuring twelve inches wide by three hundred feet long with a one point seven mil thickness. It is designed for the Ultima 35 EZload roll laminator and loads easily without threading. The gloss finish protects documents while keeping text and images sharp. Offices, schools and print shops use it for high-volume lamination of posters, signs and teaching materials.

Sustained lamination runs with 1.7 mil film

During continuous operation the film feeds steadily through the heated rollers at the rated melting temperature of two hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. The EZload cartridge design reduces misfeeds and wrinkling even when the laminator runs for extended periods. Each roll supplies three hundred feet of material, so large batches of posters or menus finish without a roll change. The consistent adhesive layer bonds evenly across the full twelve-inch width from start to end.

Thermals, noise and power draw in normal use

The film itself adds no noise or power consumption; those factors depend on the host laminator. Because the melting range is fixed at two hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit, the machine maintains a stable temperature without cycling aggressively. The clear gloss finish does not require higher heat than standard settings, so the laminator runs at its normal acoustic level. No additional ventilation or cooling is needed beyond what the laminator already provides.
