Anti-Slip Glow Tape for Safety Paths

This photoluminescent anti-slip tape marks stairs, walkways and ledges with a glowing centre stripe that stays visible when the lights fail. It is designed for facility managers and safety officers who need an instant non-slip surface that also guides occupants during power cuts, fire or earthquake evacuations. The black mineral coating and green glow stripe meet OSHA 29CFR part 1910.23 and ADA 2008 coefficient-of-friction standards.

Mineral-Backed Adhesive for Permanent Mounting

A solvent-acrylic adhesive bonds the 30 millicandela-per-square-metre glow layer and mineral glass sand grit to concrete, metal, wood or tile without mechanical fasteners. The three-inch core allows standard dispenser use, and the tape charges from any natural or artificial light source in roughly two hours. Once applied it requires no power, wiring or maintenance to remain effective.

Upgrades Paint or Plain Grip Tape

Replaces painted lines or basic non-slip strips that disappear in darkness, adding continuous photoluminescent guidance that exceeds 5 millicandelas after ten minutes. The jump is worthwhile wherever building codes demand both slip resistance and emergency egress marking, such as stair nosings, exit corridors and access ramps. It is not suited for areas that never receive ambient light to recharge the photoluminescent stripe.
