1" FNPT 316 Stainless Electronic Ball Valve

This electrically actuated two-way ball valve uses a 316 stainless steel ball and RPTFE seats with PTFE and FKM seals. It connects via 1-inch FNPT threads in a straight three-piece body. The actuator runs on 120V AC and rotates 90 degrees in 2.5 seconds. An IP66 rating protects the assembly from dust and powerful water jets.

120V AC Actuator with Manual Override

The unit replaces manually operated valves where remote or automated flow control is required. It adds a manual override lever, a visual position indicator, and thermal overload protection for the motor. The fail-last behaviour holds the current position if power is lost. Buyers needing a spring-return fail-safe action or a different supply voltage cannot use this model.

IP66 Enclosure for Sustained Wet Environments

Under continuous cycling the actuator completes each 90-degree stroke in 2.5 seconds while the IP66 enclosure keeps internals dry. Thermal overload protection prevents motor damage during extended duty cycles. The three-piece construction allows inline maintenance without removing the valve from the pipeline. Installations requiring faster cycle times or higher pressure ratings than 1,000 psi must specify alternative hardware.
