Shipping Labels for Dispatch Areas

These labels measure 2" x 3" and come in rolls of 500 on silicone coated release paper. They are printed in FLR green and black with the text "OK TO SHIP" and are manufactured in the USA. The paper stock is designed for use with compatible label printers in shipping and receiving workflows.

High-Volume Shipping Departments

They suit operations that process large numbers of outbound parcels and need a clear, pre-printed status indicator for each package. The 500-count roll reduces the frequency of roll changes during peak periods. Buyers who require custom wording, different colour coding, or labels compatible with non-standard printer cores should look at something else.

Single-Roll Capacity and Handling

Each roll supplies 500 labels, providing enough stock for hundreds of shipments before reordering. The silicone coated release liner allows smooth feeding through most desktop and industrial label printers. The paper stock will run out when the roll is depleted, and the fixed "OK TO SHIP" message cannot be altered for other status messages.

Questions about this item

What printer do I need to use these 2" x 3" labels with?

These labels work with any thermal-transfer or direct-thermal desktop printer that accepts a 2" x 3" label size on a standard roll core.

Can I apply these green-and-black labels over older shipping labels on reused boxes?

The permanent adhesive bonds firmly to clean corrugated cardboard, covering previous markings so only the "OK TO SHIP" message shows.

How can I confirm the roll feeds correctly after loading it?

The first label should advance cleanly, the green-and-black "OK TO SHIP" text must be fully visible, and the silicone liner should release without tearing.
