This double-coated crepe paper tape is built for splicing textiles, paper and plastics, as well as core start-ups, point-of-purchase displays, posters, decorative wall art, signs, nameplates and end-tabbing of film, foil and paper. A case contains 48 rolls, each 36 yards long, so high-volume users can keep production lines moving without frequent change-overs. The rubber adhesive delivers 80 oz/in adhesion and 16 lbs/in tensile strength on a 6 mil carrier that tears cleanly by hand.

Rubber Adhesive Temperature & Elongation Limits

The rubber adhesive remains functional from 30 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit, so the tape will not release in cold storage or soften near heat sources within that window. Outside this range the bond can fail, making the product unsuitable for freezer-grade or high-temperature industrial processes. Elongation is rated at 5%, which limits stretch during application; the tape will not conform to tight curves or absorb significant movement without shearing.

Hand-Tearable Rolls in Bulk Case Format

Each roll tears by hand, so no dispenser or knife is required for quick cuts during assembly or display work. The crepe backing can curl if unrolled too aggressively, especially in low-humidity environments, so apply with steady tension to avoid wrinkles. Because the adhesive is aggressive, repositioning is difficult once contact is made; misaligned strips usually need replacement rather than adjustment.
