Hazard-class shipping labels

These 4" x 4" corrosive labels meet D.O.T. Class 8 requirements for regulated shipments. Each roll supplies 500 labels printed in white and black on paper stock with a silicone-coated release liner. They are manufactured in the USA and intended for operations that must mark corrosive materials in transport.

Thermal and power behaviour

As passive adhesive labels they generate no heat, emit no noise and draw no electrical power during application or transit. Performance depends only on the printer or hand-applicator used and the surface to which they adhere. No active cooling or power budget is required for the labels themselves.

Build integration

The roll format feeds standard label dispensers and thermal-transfer or direct-thermal printers that accept 4" wide media. The silicone-coated liner allows clean release whether labels are applied manually or by automated equipment. They add no weight or space constraints beyond the roll diameter and require no additional hardware, firmware or software to function.
