This 36 yard roll of black acrylic foam tape provides a permanent bond on contact. The 60 mil thickness conforms to irregular surfaces while eliminating mechanical fasteners. It is suited for industrial converting, automotive aftermarket assembly and general fabrication where drilling or welding is impractical. Supplied as a single roll for immediate use.

Converting and Assembly Integration

The pressure-sensitive adhesive on both faces delivers instant handling strength without cure time. It replaces screws, rivets and liquid adhesives, removing the need for surface refinishing or clean-up. The foam core absorbs vibration and tolerates thermal expansion between dissimilar materials. The black colour keeps the bond line virtually invisible on finished parts.
