Double-sided acrylic foam tape

This black foam tape uses an acrylic adhesive on both faces to deliver strong initial tack and very high final bond strength. It bonds on contact for immediate handling without mechanical fasteners. The 25 mil thickness provides a conformable layer that fills surface irregularities. Supplied as a case of twelve rolls each measuring one inch by thirty-six yards.

Converting and assembly operations

Suited for tape converters and manufacturers who need a permanent, vibration-resistant bond on metal, plastic or painted surfaces. Automotive aftermarket installers benefit from the invisible fastener profile that keeps exterior lines clean. Not intended for applications requiring removable or repositionable adhesive, nor for environments that demand a thinner profile than twenty-five mil.

Capacity and headroom

Each roll supplies thirty-six yards, giving ample length for long production runs or multiple vehicle installations. The twelve-roll case supports high-volume work without frequent changeover. The acrylic foam construction handles shear and peel loads in structural bonding but is not designed for extreme high-temperature exposure beyond the adhesive's rated range.
