This case contains 24 rolls of clear polypropylene box sealing tape designed for continuous packing operations. Each roll measures 3 inches wide by 110 yards long with a 2.5 mil thickness. The hot melt rubber adhesive provides a 46 oz/in adhesion rating and 38 lbs/in tensile strength. It suits warehouses, fulfilment centres and small businesses that seal dozens of cartons daily.

Hot Melt Rubber Adhesive Performance

The rubber adhesive bonds quickly to corrugated and recycled fibreboard without needing a dwell time. At 46 oz/in adhesion it resists edge-lift on overstuffed boxes, while 38 lbs/in tensile strength holds heavy loads through transit vibration. The film stretches to 100% elongation before breaking, absorbing shock that would snap stiffer tapes. This combination reduces re-taping and claim rates on palletised shipments.

Temperature Range and Application Limits

Rated from 35° to 140° Fahrenheit, the tape remains flexible in cold loading docks and stable inside sun-heated trailers. It is not designed for freezer-grade storage below 35° or for prolonged outdoor UV exposure. The 2.5 mil backing handles single-wall and double-wall cartons up to moderate weight; extremely heavy or sharp-edged contents may require a heavier gauge or reinforced filament tape.
