This black foam tape uses the same acrylic adhesive on both faces to give strong initial tack and very high final bond strength. The pressure-sensitive adhesive bonds on contact, providing immediate handling strength without mechanical fasteners. Supplied as a case of 32 rolls for volume tape converting and manufacturing workflows.

Sustained load performance of 30 mil foam core

The 30 mil foam thickness maintains consistent shear and peel resistance under continuous load, resisting creep better than thinner transfer tapes. Adhesive performance remains stable across repeated thermal cycles without the degradation seen in short-dwell tests. Converters can rely on uniform bond lines during extended press or lamination cycles.
