Hot Melt Rubber Adhesive Performance Limits

The hot melt rubber adhesive delivers 46 oz/in adhesion and functions across a 35 to 140 degree Fahrenheit range. The polypropylene backing offers 38 lbs/in tensile strength and 100 percent elongation before break. Extreme cold below the stated minimum can reduce tack, while prolonged heat above the maximum may soften the adhesive. The tape is not rated for outdoor UV exposure or continuous immersion.

Standard Core Fits Most Dispensers

Each roll uses a standard core that fits common hand-held and desktop tape dispensers without adapters. The rubber adhesive unwinds smoothly and resists splitting when applied at a consistent angle. Misaligned application or dusty box surfaces can cause the tape to lift at the edges.
