The tape performs reliably between 45 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit, so it suits normal warehouse and transit conditions but not extreme cold storage or high-heat environments. Tensile strength reaches 26 lbs per inch with 165 percent elongation, providing resistance to splitting when cartons shift. Adhesion measures 48 ounces per inch, balancing secure closure with controlled unwind.

1.9 mil film resists moisture and chemicals

The polypropylene backing resists moisture, chemicals, cold, heat and weathering, keeping the printed message legible during handling. Hot-melt rubber adhesive delivers quick stick and fibre tear on cardboard, reducing the risk of popped seams. Tight unwind characteristics allow smooth dispensing from hand-held or bench-mounted units without excessive static or curling.
