This double-sided acrylic foam tape is built for tape converters and product manufacturers who need a reliable bonding layer. The adhesive on both sides delivers strong initial tack and very high final tack for immediate handling strength. It replaces mechanical fasteners such as drilling, grinding, screwing or welding and the associated clean-up. The black colour keeps the bond line virtually invisible on finished surfaces.

36 Yard Roll with 30 Mil Thickness

The roll provides 36 yards of continuous length, giving ample material for extended production runs or multiple assemblies. At 30 mil thick the foam offers conformable gap-filling and vibration damping for irregular or textured substrates. Very large surface areas or extremely high structural loads may exceed the practical bonding area of a single 1/4 inch width. Buyers needing wider coverage or heavier load distribution should consider alternative widths.

Pressure-Sensitive Acrylic Adhesive System

The pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive bonds on contact without heat, solvents or curing time, which decides whether this tape fits a given assembly line. It adheres to a broad range of metals, plastics and painted surfaces common in automotive aftermarket work. Surfaces that are heavily contaminated, low-energy plastics without priming, or applications requiring sustained high-temperature resistance beyond acrylic limits are not suited to this product.
