Applying the Tape Correctly

Clean both surfaces thoroughly before pressing the tape into place because the acrylic adhesive grabs instantly and cannot be repositioned easily. Alignment errors are the most common issue, so dry-fit parts first and apply firm, even pressure across the full bond line to avoid air pockets.

Capacity and Limits

Each roll supplies 36 yards of half-inch width, giving ample length for repeated automotive aftermarket jobs and general assembly. The 60 mil thickness fills moderate gaps but will not bridge large surface irregularities or structural loads that require rigid mechanical fixation.
