Installation Notes and Common Issues

Connect the one-inch tri-clamp inlet and outlet to matching sanitary fittings and supply clean, dry compressed air to the quarter-inch FNPT air inlet. No electrical wiring is needed, but the pump will stall if air pressure drops below the level needed to overcome discharge head. PTFE ball valves and seats resist wear, yet abrasive slurries larger than the rated solids size will accelerate diaphragm fatigue. Ensure piping supports the pump weight to prevent stress on the tri-clamp connections.
