COSCO ACCU-STAMP 2 POSTED Stamp

This self-inking stamp prints the word POSTED in two colours using Helvetica Neue and ITC Bookman Std. fonts. It is designed for office workers who need to mark incoming mail or documents quickly. The integrated ink pad delivers blue and red impressions without a separate pad. Buyers who want a custom message or a single-colour impression should choose a different model.

Two-colour imprint with 1/4-inch characters

The stamp produces a 1/2-inch by 1-5/8-inch imprint area that fits standard envelope flaps and document margins. Blue and red ink alternate automatically with each press, giving clear status marking at a glance. The fixed legend means the text cannot be changed, so users needing variable dates or custom wording will need a different tool.

Plastic body with built-in shutter cover

The plastic housing measures 3 inches high by 2-3/4 inches long by 1-1/4 inches wide and includes a shutter that protects the die when not in use. This keeps the stamp surface clean and prevents ink transfer inside a drawer or bag. The fixed two-colour cartridge is not user-replaceable, so the unit is discarded when ink runs out.

Questions about this item

Will the 1/2 in by 1 5/8 in imprint fit on the same forms I use with my older 1 in wide stamps?

The imprint area is 1/2 in high by 1 5/8 in wide, so it is wider than a 1 in stamp and will need more horizontal space on the form.

How can I confirm the blue and red inks are aligned correctly after I start using it?

Stamp a test sheet and check that the word POSTED appears in both colours with the Helvetica Neue and ITC Bookman Std fonts at 1/4 in character height.

Does the box include ink pads or refill bottles, or do I need to buy them separately?

The unit is a pre-inked self-inking stamp; no separate pads or bottles are included and none are required for initial use.
