Product Identity

The COSCO ACCU-STAMP 2 is a pre-inked message stamp displaying the word RECEIVED in blue and red ink. It uses Helvetica Neue and ITC Bookman Std. fonts with a half-inch character height for clear office documentation.

Ideal User and Limitations

This stamp suits clerks and administrators who need a quick, two-colour RECEIVED mark on incoming paperwork. It is not for users who require a custom text layout, a different ink colour combination, or a larger imprint area than the supplied dimensions allow.

Capacity and Headroom

The imprint area measures one-half inch high by one and five-eighths inches wide, handling standard received-date lines comfortably. It runs out when a longer message or a bigger logo is needed, as the fixed legend and frame size cannot be expanded.

Questions about this item

Does the COSCO 038909 ACCU-STAMP 2 require a separate ink pad to work?

No, the stamp is self-inking with built-in blue and red ink reservoirs, so no separate pad is needed.

Can the RECEIVED imprint from this stamp be used on documents previously stamped with a traditional rubber stamp?

Yes, the blue and red Helvetica Neue and ITC Bookman Std. impressions will overlay cleanly on existing ink without smearing.

How can I confirm the two-colour RECEIVED imprint is aligned correctly after the first use?

Check that the 1/2 in character height fits within the 1/2 in by 1 5/8 in imprint window and that blue and red text sits side by side without overlap.
