Harness for General Use

The Condor 45J280 full body harness is rated for workers up to 425 lb and meets ANSI Z 359.11 -2021. It uses a vest style with a steel back D-ring for fall arrest attachment. Mating buckles secure the chest and torso straps while tongue buckles fasten the leg straps. No padding is included on this model.

Behaviour Under Sustained Load

The 425 lb capacity applies to the complete assembly during a fall event and continuous suspension. Steel D-ring and buckle hardware maintain structural integrity without deformation. Webbing and stitching are tested to the 2021 standard for repeated dynamic forces. The mating and tongue closures stay locked under prolonged tension.

Thermals Noise and Power

This harness has no electrical or mechanical components that generate heat, noise or power draw. Comfort in warm environments depends on the open vest design and the absence of padding layers. The blue and black colour scheme does not affect thermal load. No maintenance of powered systems is required.
