Cleveland
High-speed steel end mill with a 0.25 in cutting diameter and 1.25 in length of cut for milling operations
The Cleveland C39755 is a square end mill with a 0.25 inch milling diameter and a 1.25 inch length of cut. Made from high speed steel with a TiN coating, it features a Weldon flat and a 3/8 inch shank. Overall length is 3 1/16 inches. Suitable for general milling operations in a workshop environment.
The TiN coating extends wear resistance compared with uncoated high speed steel, making the step up worthwhile for longer production runs or tougher materials. It will not replace carbide tooling where maximum rigidity and speed are required, and the fixed 0.25 inch diameter limits use to that specific size.

The cutter has a 3/8 in Weldon flat shank, so the holder must accept that exact diameter and flat orientation.
Align the set screw with the flat on the shank before tightening; otherwise the tool can spin or pull out under load.
