Replacement Battery for MTP850 Radios

This lithium-polymer cell replaces the original Motorola RLN5721A pack for the MTP850 two-way radio. It is built to the same electrical and mechanical specifications as the factory unit. A fully decoded chip allows the radio to recognise the battery immediately. The pack is certified to ISO9001, RoHS and CE standards.

Rated at 1 Volt with Integrated Protection

The cell delivers the nominal voltage the radio expects and includes over-charge, over-discharge, over-voltage and short-circuit safeguards. Capacity and runtime match the original specification so daily shift use is supported. Performance stabilises after two or three full charge cycles. The pack is not intended for radios that require a different voltage or form factor.

Direct Fit with Shock-Absorbing Packaging

The battery slides into the MTP850 battery compartment without adapters or modification. Foam inserts in the box protect the cell during transit. No charger is included; the radio's existing charging system is used. Buyers needing a higher-capacity pack or a different connector type will need an alternative solution.
