Replacement battery for HTC Doubleshot

This lithium-ion cell replaces the original battery in HTC Doubleshot, Mytouch 4G Slide and T-Mobile Doubleshot handsets. Extended pack with khaki back cover

The pack includes a khaki-coloured rear cover that adds 10.50 mm of thickness to the phone profile. Dimensions are 51.20 mm by 50.70 mm by 10.50 mm, so the battery sits flush only with the supplied cover. The larger footprint means the original slim cover cannot be reused. Buyers who prefer the factory-thin profile should keep the standard-capacity cell.

Thermal and power behaviour

Lithium-ion chemistry delivers the rated 8.88 Wh at 3.7 V with minimal self-discharge when the handset is idle. Normal charging and discharging cycles produce negligible heat inside the sealed casing. No active cooling or fan is present, so operation is silent. The cell is not suited for applications that demand continuous high-current draw beyond the handset's design limits.
