Bryant
A 20 A 125 V AC duplex receptacle with tamper-resistant shutters, CSA and UL listed, for flush mounting with back and side screw terminals
The Bryant BRY8300RTR is a 20 A, 125V AC straight-blade duplex receptacle with a NEMA 5-20R configuration. It suits residential or light-commercial circuits that require a grounded, tamper-resistant outlet on a single-gang flush mount.
Installation uses standard back or side wiring to screw terminals on a composite red housing. The flush-mount design fits a single-gang box; ensure the box depth accommodates the device body and that power is isolated before terminating the three conductors.
Rated for 20 A at 125V AC single-phase, the receptacle handles typical branch-circuit loads for general-purpose or dedicated equipment outlets. It is not GFCI or AFCI protected, so downstream protection must be provided separately where code requires it.

Test the receptacle with a voltage tester to verify 125V AC at both outlets and ensure proper grounding.
The package includes the duplex receptacle only. Mounting screws, wire connectors and a cover plate are sold separately.
This model is rated 20 A, 125V AC with a NEMA 5-20R configuration, suitable for 20 amp branch circuits.
