Brady 4ZH14 tags provide a permanent record for emergency shower and eye wash station inspections. The pack contains ten metal-reinforced tags printed green on white polyester with English text. Each tag measures seven inches high and includes a 6.6 inch cable tie for secure attachment. They are rated for indoor and outdoor use and carry California Proposition 65 warnings for cancer and reproductive harm.

Build Integration and Mounting

The 3/8 inch reinforced mounting hole accepts the supplied cable tie without a separate holder or insert. This frees installers from sourcing extra fasteners or laminating equipment because the tags are not laminated. The metal eyelet resists tear-out in wet or corrosive environments where paper or plastic tags would degrade. No tools beyond the cable tie are required for mounting.

Inspection Capacity and Limits

Ten tags per pack support multiple stations or a rotation schedule across a facility. The preprinted layout captures test dates and inspector initials but has no header wording on either side, so custom fields cannot be added. Once all ten tags are used, a new pack must be ordered to maintain continuous compliance records.
