This new Bird-X kit supplies ten clear polycarbonate sections that form a continuous 10 ft barrier against heavy bird pressure. The transparent plastic blends with building surfaces while deterring pigeons, crows, sparrows, starlings and other listed species. Weighing 2.2 kg, the kit is designed for rooftops, ledges, fences, garages, patios, playgrounds and stables. No mounting hardware is included in the package.

Each section mounts on a 1 3/4 in wide plastic base that screws or adheres to flat or curved substrates. The 6 1/2 in overall width and 4 3/4 in spike height create a physical deterrent that prevents landing without harming the birds. Because hardware is not supplied, installers must source appropriate fasteners or adhesive for the specific surface material. The modular sections can be trimmed or gapped to follow irregular edges and corners.
