BenQ InstaShow WDC15 Wireless Presentation
The BenQ InstaShow WDC15 is a wireless presentation system built for meeting rooms and classrooms. It lets presenters share content from a laptop or Chromebook without installing software or configuring network settings. The receiver pairs with the button automatically for immediate use. Guests can join a session instantly by plugging in the button.
Plug-and-Play Interface Constraints
The system operates without apps, drivers or any network configuration, so it cannot be managed through central IT policies or integrated with authentication services. It relies on a direct wireless link between the button and receiver, which means it does not support streaming over an existing Wi-Fi infrastructure. Latency and stability depend on local RF conditions rather than wired bandwidth. Multi-user handoff requires physical access to the button.
4K UHD Capacity and Headroom
The receiver outputs 4K UHD resolution to the connected display via HDMI, handling typical business content such as slides, documents and video playback comfortably. Very high-frame-rate sources or bandwidth-heavy multi-stream scenarios may exceed the wireless link’s practical throughput. The single-button design limits simultaneous presenters to one active source at a time. Complex interactive workloads are beyond its intended scope.
