Compact G1/4" Extender

The Barrow Mods TB2D-MINI01-Silver is a 5 mm male-to-male adaptor that joins two G1/4" threaded ports. It suits custom-loop builders who need a short, rigid spacer between a reservoir, pump top or radiator and a standard compression fitting. The silver finish matches most nickel-plated hardware.

Thread-Depth Constraint

The 5 mm body leaves only a few millimetres of thread engagement on each side, so both ports must be clean and fully cut to G1/4" specification. Shallow or damaged threads will not seal reliably, and the short length prevents the use of thick washers or multiple O-rings for alignment correction.

Single-Spacer Capacity

One unit bridges a fixed 5 mm gap; it cannot be adjusted or stacked without adding leak paths. Builds that require variable spacing or longer stand-offs need a different extender length, while installations with ample clearance can simply use a standard rotary fitting instead.
