Bulkhead Tank Fitting for Curved or Flat Tanks

The Banjo TF150SS is a bulkhead tank fitting machined from 316 stainless steel for use on curved or flat tank walls. It provides a female threaded connection on both the inside and outside of the vessel, allowing pipe or hose to be joined through the tank wall without welding. The EPDM gasket supplies the seal between the fitting and the tank surface.

Female NPT Threads on Both Sides

The inside connection accepts 1 1/2 inch FNPT threads while the outside connection uses 2 inch FNPT threads, so standard pipe nipples or adapters thread directly into either side. No bolt holes are present, meaning the fitting relies on the threaded engagement and gasket compression for retention rather than a flange bolt pattern. The 316 stainless construction resists corrosion from aggressive fluids and cleaning agents.

Rated for 300 psi and Wide Temperature Range

The fitting withstands a maximum operating pressure of 300 psi and operates continuously from -20 degrees F up to 300 degrees F. These limits suit hot chemical lines, steam cleaning cycles and sub-freezing ambient conditions without derating. The all-metal body and EPDM seal maintain integrity across the full range, so thermal cycling does not compromise the joint.
