This ApolloPEX coupling joins two sections of 3/4 in PEX tubing in potable water or hydronic heating installations. The pack contains ten brass barb fittings for repeatable connections across a project. Each fitting accepts copper crimp rings, stainless steel pinch clamps or stainless steel crimp sleeves, all purchased separately. The system is designed for straightforward assembly with standard PEX tools.

Installation limits and compliance

The fittings are rated for use in water delivery systems and hydronic heating loops but require separate crimp or clamp hardware to complete each joint. California Proposition 65 warnings apply because the product contains a chemical known to the state to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. No tubing, tools or fasteners are included in the pack. The coupling does not incorporate any integrated sealing element beyond the barb profile.

Brass construction and daily handling

Brass bodies resist corrosion in typical potable water conditions and withstand the mechanical stress of crimping or clamping. The barb geometry grips tubing securely once the chosen fastener is applied, reducing the risk of leaks during pressure testing. Ten pieces per pack support multiple rough-in points without reordering. The fittings are compatible with the broader ApolloPEX range of manifolds, valves and tubing for system-wide consistency.
