ApolloPEX 1/2 in. Copper Pro Crimp Rings

The jar contains 75 copper crimp rings sized for 1/2 in. PEX pipe. They are made for potable water and hydronic heating systems using brass or poly alloy barb fittings. An integrated end stop positions the ring correctly on the pipe end and keeps it from sliding before crimping. A separate crimping tool is required to complete each connection.

Build quality and daily use

Solid copper construction resists corrosion in both hot and cold water lines. The end stop gives a tactile reference so the ring seats at the same depth every time, reducing the chance of an incomplete crimp. Rings work with brass and plastic fittings, valves and manifolds from the ApolloPEX range, all of which are purchased separately. The jar keeps the rings organised and protected on the job site.

Upgrade path and fit

These rings replace loose or bulk-packed copper rings that lack a built-in stop, cutting the risk of misaligned crimps on retrofit or new-install work. The jump is worth it when you want faster, repeatable placement without measuring each ring by eye. They do not suit installations that specify stainless steel clamp rings or expansion-style fittings instead of crimp connections.
