Capacity and Mobility Limits

The 600-lb total capacity is shared across all three shelves, so heavily loaded bottom tiers reduce what the upper tiers can safely hold. Four-inch casters roll easily on smooth surfaces but can catch on thresholds, grates or deep carpet pile. Locking brakes hold the cart in place on level ground yet may not prevent drift on sloped floors when fully loaded.

Tool-Free Assembly and Common Issues

Assembly requires no tools; the four 35-inch posts slot together with the shelves and casters by hand. Misaligned shelf clips are the most frequent cause of wobble — press each clip fully home until it clicks.
