This 50-piece set supplies 20 black latex balloons, 20 red latex balloons and 10 red-black-gold confetti balloons, each 12 inches when inflated. 12-inch latex construction

Every balloon in the pack is made from thick latex rated for both helium and air inflation. Simple assembly with common pitfalls

Inflate each balloon to the rated 12-inch size, tie the neck, then thread the knot through the strip holes to form an arch or garland. Helium-filled units float for a shorter period than air-filled ones, so plan inflation timing accordingly.
