This pack contains 200 non-insulated ring terminals sized for 8 AWG wire and a 1/2 inch stud. The copper connectors feature a brazed seam and are rated for up to 600 volts and 347 degrees Fahrenheit. Both CSA and UL listings confirm compliance with recognised safety standards. Each terminal measures 1.41 inches in overall length with a .81 inch tongue width.

Crimp connection for secure builds

The terminals use a crimp connection method that requires a suitable crimping tool matched to 8 AWG wire. Because the connectors are bare copper with no insulation sleeve, installers must add heat-shrink or tape after crimping to protect the joint. The 1/2 inch stud hole fits standard automotive and marine battery posts or bus bars, freeing the builder from sourcing separate lugs for each connection point.
