Performance across the temperature range

Outside these limits the bond may degrade or the foam may lose its structural integrity, so the product should not be specified for environments that exceed the stated range.

Practical limits of the roll format

Each roll provides 72 yards of tape at a 3/4 inch width with a 1/32 inch foam thickness. The fixed dimensions mean the total bonding area is finite and cannot be extended without adding another roll. The liner must be removed before application, which adds a handling step in high-volume assembly. Users needing wider coverage or thicker gap-filling will need a different product specification.
