350°F Melting Point and 5,000 cps Viscosity

The adhesive melts at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and maintains a consistent viscosity of 5,000 cps for controlled flow during application. Its 100 percent solids composition means no solvents evaporate during bonding. The formulation complies with FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact. Pressure-sensitive properties allow immediate tack upon dispensing.

Quadrack Format for Bulk Dispensing

Supplied in a quadrack bulk pack, the sticks feed directly into compatible high-volume hot melt equipment without individual handling. The 5/8 inch diameter is a standard size for many industrial glue guns and automated applicators. Electrically non-insulating characteristics suit general assembly where dielectric strength is not required. Low odor is not a claimed feature of this specific formulation.
