Versatile thermal pad kit

Soft silicone construction

The pads remain pliable across a -40 °C to 200 °C operating window, so they conform to uneven surfaces without cracking or pumping out. Being electrically insulating and free of metal particles, they can bridge components and traces safely. The 140 mm fan specification noted in the data appears unrelated to the pads themselves.

Replaces dried or missing factory pads

Swapping degraded original material restores the thermal path between dies and heatsinks, lowering junction temperatures in thin-and-light notebooks. The improvement is most noticeable when the original pad was too thin, too thick or has hardened over time. Systems already running cool with intact pads will see little benefit.
